Hey all, sorry for the lack of updates. Was in Malaysia for the longest time and it was a trip whereby I saw a lot, experienced a lot and learned a lot. Sometimes the key to finding happiness is to look at things and situations in the simplest way possible. Easier said then done huh? Well, that’s the way it is. 
My telemovie, “The Promise” is finally going to air this Sunday on Channel U at 9.30pm! Do remember to catch it!
We all put in a lot of effort into this movie and hopefully, not only people will enjoy and like this movie, but their views towards the mid-intellectually disabled people will change as well. Watch it and you will know what I mean…

I still don’t get the part why Wenyuan is always carrying his backpack. It seems like he’s always ready to run away from home, like the way he ran away with Shan Shan.

So the backpack is just for deco purpose? haha, I see, probably I’m reading too much into the show. Managed to catch it the 2nd time since I recorded it! Now I understood the movie better and don’t find it as choppy as the first time I watched yesterday =)
I like the last scene most when Shan Shan parted with Wenyuan which is the climax of the show. It will be great if the show just ends there since the 3 years later portion is ambiguous >< The sad ending is great since it usually leaves a deeper impression than those happy endings (I can never remember those fairy tales that ends with "and they live happily ever after" haha!)

hey i really like the show. think you guys have great chemistry and did a great job! but i don’t get the final ending and hope you can give us abit of clues. it seems that at the last scene, Wenyuan was looking at a direction and he blink at someone? was he looking st shanshan? can give some clues?

yes you must get a compass, if you are not clear on how to read directions, you can use those that floats and will automatically geared to the directions once you put it in a stationary position. you have to take the directions at the centre of your house.

I find the ending very inspiring (where Wenyuan realised his dreams and became an artiste). When was the movie filmed, BTW? I was totally convinced that you’re around Wenyuan’s age in person. =p
